It is a program with the purpose of defending the human rights of the most vulnerable in the face of forced disappearance, extrajudicial executions and torture as serious violations of international human rights law.

However, this program contains the fundamental pillar of strengthening the capacities of judicial officials and public administration personnel in the fight against corruption with the aim of implementing the best international practices.

It should be noted that training, workshops, and forums are useful tools to expand transparency and accountability mechanisms. Being the Public Ministry in charge of criminal prosecution, however, Legion Honduras will promote and execute the pertinent legal actions through the complaint and investigative proceedings through the entity in charge to implement its zero tolerance policy to contribute to the development of a society where justice prevails, with an effective and efficient execution of the resources of the Honduran people.
