Health

The Honduran Legion has a comprehensive health program through a permanent clinic and recurring medical brigades in rural and urban areas of the country. These programs aim to reduce geographic and socioeconomic barriers in our communities, facilitating access to medical, dental, mental health, and nutritional care for marginalized or extremely vulnerable populations without access to basic and fundamental services.

Various health specialists provide a comprehensive approach to populations: those with disabilities, women and girls, older adults, migrants, those displaced by violence, refugees, victims and survivors of all types of violence, and those living in rural areas experiencing extreme poverty.

It is important to note that the Honduran Legion will expand gynecology and obstetric services, establish community ambulances, and strengthen its orthopedic area with various local partnerships.
