Every March 8th we remember the struggle, strength and dignity of women around the world.
But we also remember that many women still face violence, fear, and silence within their own homes.
To every woman who has suffered domestic violence, we want to say something very important: you are not alone.
At Legión Honduras and International Safe Shelter Foundation, we work every day to provide protection, support, and hope to women who need a safe place to rebuild their lives.
Because every woman deserves to live with respect, safety, and freedom.
On this International Women's Day, we raise our voices for those who cannot yet do so, and reaffirm our commitment to continue building safe spaces and new opportunities for them.
To all women: your life matters, your voice matters, your dignity matters.
